My wife and I have finally decided that after all these years, we want to build our own home. Since we are still in the beginning stages, such as finding property we haven't really looked into home builders Austin TX in the area. We are trying to find someone that will build our home. Luckily we have gotten lots of great feedback about different home builders around our area.
Once we decide on exactly what we want, we can give the home builder some ideas so he can work around what we are wanting.
We are supposed to look at some property at a couple different places soon. I am hoping that this process is easy and we find something we like quickly. I want to start getting our home built so we can get moved in. Once we start the home building process, we can put our current home on the market for sale. Since this is a high demand area to live in, it really shouldn't take long to sell it. If it's sold before our home is built, we can always rent for a few months until it's done. It's quite the process but I can't wait to get started.
